Account Questions

 

What are active members and inactive members?
Active members have confirmed their email address and are members of the program. Pending members have signed up, but haven't responded to the initial email yet. They are not members of the program and cannot earn any money until they activate their account. Active Members are members that have logged into their accounts at least once every 21 days and clicked on links on a regular basic. Inactive members are deleted every 30 days.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
NO! We allow only one account per Computer. Members are only allowed one account per computer. Anyone found to have more than one account will lose all accounts, earnings and referrals.

My username is incorrect. Why?
Your username is what you made it when you joined the site. It is not able to be changed by anyone. Please keep a record of your username and password in a safe place for future use on our site.

My Downline is not earning me any money. Why?
There are a couple reasons for this. 1. Your downline is not active. 2. You are not 25% as active as your downline.

My email address is no longer in your database. Why?
There are a few reasons for this. 1. You were inactive for more than 30 days and your account was deleted. 2. You clicked on a D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K. banner or link at least 3 times and your account was deleted. 3. You were caught spamming and your account was deleted. 4. You had more than one account and your account was deleted. 5. You never returned from vacation and your account was deleted. 6. You deleted your membership with us. 7. You were caught abusing the system and your account was deleted. With any of these reasons your account, earnings, and referrals will not be paid or replaced.

How can I log into my account?
You can Log in  by going to the main page of the site and clicking on the Members login Button.

How can I cancel my account?
You may at anytime cancel your membership with us by following one of the methods listed here. 1.You may log into your members area, click the edit user info button, scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter your password in the box provided and click delete my account. 2. You may send an email through the contact us page, list your username, full name, address and state Unsubscribe. Please keep in mind that doing any of the above will result in your account being delete and all earnings and referrals being forfeited.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info" link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privledges.

I want to sell my account. Can I?
NO! We do not allow anyone to sell or give away their membership account. Anyone caught selling or giving away their account will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited and downline forfeited.

I am from a Country that does not allow searching. Can I search anyway?
NO! Only certain countries are allowed to search. The decision on who is allowed to search is made by the search engines. The countries allowed are: United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. If anyone is caught checking off "Search" as one of their interests, and you are not allowed to search, or searching your account will be terminated, all funds forfeited, and downline canceled. If you are from a country not listed, and you search, you run the risk of getting the advertiser's affiliate account closed, and they lose all their earnings.

What happens if I click on a Do Not Click Banner or Link?
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections and also in email ads clearly marked D.O. N.O.T. C.L.I.C.K If you click these links or banners 3 times or more your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals. The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited.

I clicked on a link for a large amount of money. Now that money is gone. Why?
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount. You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.

I am a member of your site and am not receiving emails. Why?
Make sure that your ISP is set to allow emails from our site. AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo, MSN, Shaw.ca and ZWallet tend to block emails from us. If you are using one of these email addresses please get a different one.

 

Earnings Questions

 

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn. Usually link values range from 1/4 Cent to 2 Cents per link. We also have Points as link values.

What are points for?
You may use your points for redeeming advertising and or site specials and points can also be converted to cash!

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the amount set by our site at this time it is 50 CENTS and a button appears in your members earnings area.

How can I request payment?
After you have earned 50 CENTS the amount set by our site a "Withdraw" button will automatically appear on your earnings page. Press the button and fill out your request. Your request will automatically be sent to our accounts payable department. NOTE: Only PayPal and eGold are payment options.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 after you have requested payment, or a reasonable time thereafter. And only when your account has been reviewed.

How am I paid?
You are paid in two ways. By choosing one of the many advertising options listed on the redemption page or by PayPal or eGold. Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by us. Members may earn by referring new members to the our program. Once you have reached the payout amount set by our company a button will appear in your members redemption area. Payments will be made within 30 of the time payment was requested or a reasonable time thereafter.  And only after their account has been reviewed.

Do I have to pay to join?
Never! You can reach cash out on your own efforts in a short time, without any referrals at all. Our members are paid by us, not the other way around. Unlike a "pyramid scheme" we pay our members a portion of what advertisers pay us.

If I delete my account will I be paid?
No! If you delete your account you forfeit all referrals and earnings.

If my account is deleted will I be paid.
No if your account is deleted for any reason you will not be paid your earnings or for your referrals

I have not been online for the last month and I did not get any of my downline earnings. Why?
You must be at least 25 Percent as active as your downline and login at least once every 21 days in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.

I am going on vacation will I still earn from my downline?
Anyone setting their account to vacation will not receive credit for their downline.

Paid To Promote Feature Questions

Can I use only the PTP to earn from your site?

No! You can not, you must be an active Paid To Read member also.

 

Can I use only the PTP to earn from your site?

You can advertise many things in our PTP Rotator But you can not advertise the following:

NO! PTP Pages

NO! Pornographic websites or any website containing any sort of content along these lines

NO! sites with viruses or 0-iframes within the content of the site you are advertising.

If any of the above ads are submitted you ad will be suspended and you will be asked to submit a new ad, If it continues to happen and you have been warned previously you will lose your account without any further warning earnings and referrals included.

If you purchased the ad and are not contactable it will remain there but suspended until you contact me to change the ad!

 

Referral Questions

 

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. Anyone caught spamming will have their accounts deleted and will loose all earnings and referrals

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your referral links page

 

Advertising Questions

 

I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?

I have an adult or Illegal website I would like to advertise. Can I?
NO! Our Site is a family friendly site. We WILL not allow any Illegal or Adult websites to be advertised on our Paid To Read Site. We will also not except any ads, banner impressions, paid to clicks for sites that promote any kind of Hate, Sites that promote violence of any kind, Sites that promote Hacking, questionable or illegal activity. Anyone sending in an ad for any of the above sites will have their accounts terminated without notice and will not be credited for any earnings or referrals.
